A little over a year ago, we (Venesa & Stuart) set out to do something different, something better, for the facilities management industry. We weren’t just launching a company. We were launching a promise: that FM could be smarter, more sustainable, more transparent… and above all, people-focused. 💡
There were easier routes, safer paths; but we knew that playing it safe rarely leads to real change. What we wanted was a business built not just on contracts, but on connection. One where service is driven by purpose, not just process. And where every client, team member, and partner knows they’re valued.

After decades in the FM world, we saw too many businesses struggling with complicated contracts, disjointed services, and a lack of heart. So we built Right FM around the idea that it doesn’t have to be that way.
